PIC design and layout
Tapeout and foundry interaction
PDKs and photonic design flows
Silicon photonics / SiN
Fabrication and process development
Design verification, DRC and LVS
Cadence/Virtuoso, KLayout, Lumerical, Luceda, Tidy3D or similar

Engineers with experience in
