Salary: $50,000 uncapped commission
What you will be doing as an Entry Level Recruiter within our Organization:
- Learn and understand the nuances of the Artificial Intelligence market.
- Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth
- Manage the recruitment process from candidate qualification to placement
- Cultivate and manage candidate relationships.....we’re all about the long game!
- Bring on new accounts and manage client relationships in a competitive environment
Who you are
- Entry level graduate looking to excel in the recruitment field
- Natural sales abilities or sales experience
- Enthusiasm for growing your knowledge
- Highly ambitious
