We’re partnered with a fast-growing AI infrastructure company building mission-critical systems for major financial institutions.
Their platform powers millions of real-time customer interactions across banking and insurance, solving complex challenges in voice AI, distributed systems, and enterprise-scale infrastructure.
The Role
This is a hands-on engineering leadership role within a high-performing, fast-moving team.
You’ll lead engineers day-to-day while remaining deeply technical - contributing code, improving operational systems, and helping scale both the platform and the team.
This is a six-day, in-office role working closely with senior leadership and the founding engineering team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team
- Drive delivery, performance standards, and team execution
- Contribute technically across infrastructure, tooling, and operational systems
- Partner on technical direction and architectural decisions
- Improve incident response, reliability, and engineering processes
- Help drive compliance and security initiatives
- Recruit and hire top engineering talent
- Mentor engineers and support career development

Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
