Licensed Practical Nurse responsibilities Include:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, following care plans and nursing protocols.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents.
- Support residents' daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Current LPN license from the state of New Jersey
