Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
- Assist residents and families with inquiries, directions, and general support
- Coordinate visitor sign-in and maintain front desk security protocols
- Communicate effectively with nursing, administration, and department heads
- Maintain a welcoming, organized lobby and reception area
- Support resident experience initiatives and special events as needed
- Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
