What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse Supervisor EOW position at Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton?
At Accela Post Acute Care Hamilton, we believe leadership in nursing means more than managing—it means inspiring. We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our weekend shifts, with confidence, professionalism, and heart.
Schedule would be EVERY OTHER Saturday 7a-11p and Sunday 7a-11p, however we are flexible.
What We’re Looking For
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a long-term care or post-acute setting (preferred).
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
A compassionate, resident-first approach to care.
