Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Submit employee information and hours for payroll processing
- Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for nursing staff
- Ensure adequate staffing levels for all shifts
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding scheduling, shift changes, and coverage needs
- Maintain attendance and timekeeping records
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes as needed
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to support staffing needs and compliance
- Previous experience in staffing, scheduling, or administrative coordination (healthcare setting required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required
