Receptionist responsibilities Include:
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and take messages as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks and support departments as needed
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
