We are seeking an experienced Supervisor for our Metal Finishing/Plating Department to oversee the cleanest plating operation in the world. This leader will guide a team of operators working with the newest, state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring production excellence, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate plating operators to achieve production, safety, and quality goals.
- Oversee daily operations of reel-to-reel electroplating lines and related finishing processes.
- Monitor workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to established procedures.
- Maintain strict quality control standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage scheduling, overtime, and attendance to meet production demands.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams regarding performance, production updates, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in metal finishing/plating operations_ (reel-to-reel electroplating experience strongly preferred)._
- Strong understanding of manufacturing/production processes and procedures.
- Proven track record of longevity and reliability in prior roles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Safety Requirements
- Must wear steel-toe safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
- Ability to safely handle sharp tools such as cutters, scissors, knives, etc.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Role requires pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
