About the Role
accel bi corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Budget Officer / Technical Specialist to lead financial operations, budget management, reporting, compliance, and vendor coordination for a large healthcare IT initiative.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial planning, budget analysis, invoice management, compliance oversight, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination within complex technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budget planning, monitoring, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
- Manage invoice tracking, reconciliation, approvals, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation across multiple systems and platforms.
- Develop and maintain budget dashboards and executive financial reports.
- Monitor expenditures, funding allocations, and contract performance.
- Coordinate with finance, procurement, legal, privacy, security, and operational stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and operational issues.
- Create, update, and maintain financial standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with financial, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Support leadership decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting.
