accel bi corporation is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist for a long-term onsite opportunity in Edenton, NC and surrounding counties.
Location: Edenton, NC
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Travel Required
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 per year (inclusive of all benefits)

Required Experience
✔ 7 years of Desktop Support / IT Support experience
Required Skills
• Computer hardware, software, peripherals, networking protocols, and communications
• Desktop/laptop imaging and deployment
• Software installation and troubleshooting
• Printer installation and configuration
• User profile and data migration
• Documentation of technical procedures and processes
• ServiceNow ticketing system experience
• Active Directory, Email, Citrix, and account administration
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to travel to support multiple locations
Responsibilities
✅ Provide onsite technical and desktop support
✅ Install, configure, image, and deploy end-user devices
✅ Support printers, peripherals, software, and network connectivity
✅ Perform user profile and data migrations
✅ Maintain technical documentation and procedures
✅ Coordinate with application, network, and infrastructure teams
✅ Support security and operational compliance requirements
✅ Assist with technical projects and field support activities
Important
This position requires daily onsite work in Edenton, NC and surrounding counties.
Candidates must be comfortable with travel as required.
