EDI Analyst - A2000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EDI Support Analyst / A2000 Specialist to join our IT and operations support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing EDI processes, supporting the A2000 ERP system, and ensuring seamless data exchange between internal systems and external partners, including 3PLs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes, including configuration, mapping, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and support the A2000 ERP system, ensuring smooth daily operations and resolving user-reported issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely data transmission between systems.
• Monitor EDI transactions, identify errors, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Work closely with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners to integrate and optimize EDI workflows.
• Assist in ERP enhancements, testing, and user training as required.
• Document processes, system changes, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in EDI support, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• 3 years of experience supporting A2000 ERP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP functionality and data flow.
• Experience working with 3PL integrations and EDI transactions (e.g., 850, 856, 810, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
