Radiologic Technologist (RT) – X-Ray / OR Imaging

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day – 4x10 (11:30 AM – 10:00 PM)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our perioperative imaging team. The role involves providing X-ray support for surgical procedures, including C-arm and O-arm coverage. The position requires collaboration with surgical teams to ensure accurate imaging and optimal patient care in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray procedures in the Operating Room and perioperative settings.
• Provide C-arm and O-arm imaging support during surgical interventions.
• Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain imaging equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Float to other units or locations of equal acuity as required.

Qualifications

• Certification: Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with ARRT registration.
• BLS Certification: Current and valid.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a Level I Trauma or teaching hospital.
• Proficiency in operating C-arm and O-arm systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Scheduling & Requirements

• 4x10-hour day shifts
• Rotating call coverage
• Floating between units may be required
• Compliance with credentialing, licensing, and professional reference requirements
