Exercises sound judgment, and developed clinical skills to provide input to and implement the patient's plan of care based on the diagnosis in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring and care, and effective communication.
- Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.
- May also be responsible for performing specific tasks and/or orient other staff to the department.
Qualifications
- BLS
- Graduation from an accredited school of Pharmacy
- Must have completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program
Required Skills
- PHARMD - Licensed Pharmacist
- OR PHARMR - Registered Pharmacist
- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Doctorate: Graduation from an accredited school of Pharmacy - new grad ok
Must have this
- Manager is looking for candidates that have completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program
Hour and shift
- DURATION - 13 WEEKS (Potential to extend)
- SHIFT - Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) Night 5x8-Hour (21:00 - 05:30) rotational shift
