About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax engagements, manage client relationships, and oversee a team of tax professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong public accounting experience, technical tax expertise, and the leadership skills to manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality client service.
Responsibilities
Review and oversee the preparation of tax returns, including:
Corporate
Partnership
Individual
Trust & Estate
Gift Tax
Private Foundation
Develop and implement tax planning strategies and year-end tax projections.
Research complex tax issues and support tax return positions.
Manage multiple tax engagements, project schedules, and filing deadlines.
Supervise, mentor, and train tax staff.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor.
Review work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with tax regulations.
Improve accounting and tax processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with partners and team members to ensure timely project completion.
Stay current with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor''''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA license required.
Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
Experience reviewing Corporate, Partnership, Individual, Trust & Estate, Gift Tax, and Private Foundation tax returns.
Experience with tax planning, tax research, and year-end tax projections.
Previous leadership experience managing tax professionals and client engagements.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced public accounting environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Public accounting experience.
Experience managing multiple client engagements.

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
