Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M in value. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional who wants to make a significant impact within a growing organization while managing complex construction projects from inception through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from initiation through substantial completion.
- Develop and implement best practices, standards, processes, and operational systems to improve project execution.
- Build and manage relationships with architects, project superintendents, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all projects are completed according to specifications, budgets, and schedules.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to create and execute long-term business plans and strategic objectives.
- Provide overall administrative and technical management for multiple construction projects.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules for internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Obtain and manage all required project permits.
- Complete project closeout activities, including warranties, manuals, as-built drawings, and punch list completion.
- Implement and enforce jobsite policies related to safety, OSHA compliance, and recordkeeping.
- Take a proactive approach to productivity management and project completion.
- Conduct progress meetings with owners, design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure schedule and budget objectives are achieved.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while coordinating various teams and stakeholders to maximize efficiency.
- Deliver positive results in challenging environments through strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience managing commercial construction projects valued between $1M and $10M .
- Strong understanding of construction management principles, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, safety regulations, and construction compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion under tight deadlines.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
