Servers at Accanto provide warm, confident, and attentive hospitality. They guide guests through our regional Italian menu with clear knowledge and genuine generosity—never scripted. Servers work closely with management, the bar, and support teams to ensure a seamless and relaxed, yet refined, experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver thoughtful, efficient, guest-focused service with a calm, confident presence.
- Maintain full knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, spirits, and daily specials.
- Take orders accurately, pace the meal appropriately, and monitor tables proactively.
- Communicate clearly with management, the kitchen, back servers, and bar to maintain timing and quality.
- Execute table maintenance: marking courses, refilling beverages, resetting, clearing.
- Manage payments accurately and follow all check handling procedures.
- Support the overall service environment, stepping in wherever needed.
- Always serve alcohol responsibly and in accordance with the law.
