COMING EARLY 2026 Serving 5 Dinners a Week (CLOSED SUNDAY MONDAY) - High quality Italian food based on seasonal ingredients and inspired by regional traditions presented in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Back servers ensure the flow of service remains smooth, efficient, and polished. They support servers and bartenders by running food, resetting tables, maintaining water service, and keeping the dining room and bar crisp and ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dishes with accuracy and proper description; ensure correct table & bar seat marking.
- Maintain water and beverage refills; clear plates and reset quickly and quietly.
- Keep service stations stocked and organized (polish glassware/silver, restock plates & glassware etc).
- Assist servers with pacing, communication from expo, and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including trash, linens, and floors.
