Addiction Recovery Center Coordinator / Office Manager
We are seeking a strong, organized, and growth-minded Addiction Treatment Center Coordinator / Office Manager to help lead daily operations and support the growth of our behavioral health and addiction treatment center. This role combines front office coordination, client intake, scheduling, insurance verification, EMR management, marketing/outreach, recruiting/hiring support, and staff training/onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk and daily office operations
- Manage client intake flow, scheduling, and EMR documentation support
- Verify insurance/benefits and assist with front-end billing coordination
- Maintain communication with clients, providers, referral sources, and case managers
- Support marketing/outreach efforts to increase referrals and program growth
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and staffing coordination
- Coordinate staff orientation, training, and compliance documentation
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and client-friendly clinic environment
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, addiction treatment, or medical office operations preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with EMR systems, scheduling, and insurance verification
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, training, or outreach/marketing is a strong plus
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment
