Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated Apartment Assistant Manager to assist in the daily operations of our Residential community. The ideal candidate will have great communication and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and handle lease agreements
- Address tenant concerns and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents
- Oversee rent collection and financial reporting
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property upkeep
- Keep office, property grounds and restroom clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management is a plus
- Experience with Yardi software is a plus
Pay: $17.00 per hour
