Client & Account Management
- Manage ongoing relationships with legal classified clients, including county municipalities and advertising agencies.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring advertising needs are executed accurately and on schedule.
- Support account retention through proactive communication, responsiveness, and issue resolution.
Legal Classified Execution & Compliance
- Coordinate and oversee placement of legally required classified advertisements across ACBJ markets.
- Ensure ads meet publication standards, formatting requirements, and client specifications critical to compliance.
- Monitor deadlines, revisions, and approvals to mitigate errors, delays, and compliance risks.
Platform & Workflow Management
- Utilize ACBJ’s i‑Publish system to submit, track, revise, and manage high volumes of legal advertising.
- Coordinate with the Business Design Desk to ensure accurate ad creation, revisions, and on‑time publication.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and workflows in a fast‑paced environment.
Operational Efficiency & Customer Experience
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through standardized workflows and process improvements.
- Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for assigned accounts, proactively communicating timelines and next steps.
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in advertising account management, media operations, or sales support; classified or legal advertising preferred.
- Experience working with legal and/or compliance‑driven advertising strongly preferred.
- Notary Public or ability to become certified within first 45 days of employment.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of advertising across multiple clients and markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with publishing or ad‑management platforms; i‑Publish experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid (4 in-office days/ 1 remote-day) setting efficiently.
- Collaborative, customer‑first mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
