We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Solution Implementation Consultant to join our ETM.Next team. You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end implementation services, helping clients digitize and optimize their equipment and tool management processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support ETM.Next implementation projects from discovery to go-liveAnalyze client requirements and translate them into functional specificationsConfigure ETM.Next modules and integrate with SAP S/4HANA and ERP systemsConduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testingCollaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, development, and supportProvide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendationsContribute to thought leadership and product evolution based on client feedbackRequired Skills / Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in SAP implementation, equipment/fleet management, or asset lifecycle solutionsFamiliarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud-based enterprise applicationsStrong analytical, communication, and project management skillsExperience in construction, utilities, or industrial services is a plusAbility to travel based on project needPreferred Skills / Qualifications:Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are a plusAleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
