About the Role
We’re hiring an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support a classified cybersecurity team in Arlington, TX. This role is focused on protecting DoD systems and helping programs stay compliant with evolving security requirements. You’ll play a key part in guiding systems through the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process while working closely with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and lead RMF activities to help systems achieve and maintain authorization
- Prepare and maintain security documentation to meet DoD and accreditation requirements
- Monitor systems and security tools to identify vulnerabilities or potential threats (IOCs)
- Work with engineers and developers to ensure systems are designed and maintained securely
- Conduct audits, vulnerability assessments, and support compliance efforts
- Assist with investigations and provide support to off-site teams as needed (some travel may be required)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with RMF and DoD cybersecurity requirements
- Background in system security, compliance, or information assurance
- Ability to work in a classified environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical teams
