Position Overview:
The Regional Director of Business Development will be a key player in driving the growth and visibility of our agency. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients, retain existing ones, and build strong relationships with referral sources. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in sales and marketing within the healthcare or home care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve agency growth objectives and market share expansion.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Brand Management: Enhance and maintain the agency’s brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and high visibility.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute plans to attract new clients, including outreach, networking, and partnerships with referral sources such as healthcare professionals and community organizations.
- Client Retention: Implement initiatives to improve client satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring a high standard of care and service.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving a positive return on investment.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field REQUIRED;
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the healthcare, or related industry. Previous leadership experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse audiences.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing software Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is advantageous.
