Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced wound care.
- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient’s wounds and monitors and treats wounds per treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Preferred Certification: Wound Care Certification (WCC)
- Experience: Prior wound care nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU, Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Willing to train self-motivated RNs passionate about wounds and critical care.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment capabilities; professional fluency in verbal and written English.
