In this role, you lead and develop the operations teams while overseeing daily workflows and ensuring consistent, efficient operations. You will serve as a subject matter expert across operational functions, identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance the member experience, and mitigate risk. Additionally, you will analyze challenges, implement effective solutions, and keep leadership informed of key trends.
