As the Operations Liaison, you'll ensure real-time communication and smooth job execution between our technicians and dispatch team. You’ll help eliminate roadblocks, clarify work order details, and keep jobs on schedule by staying ahead of issues and delivering solutions quickly.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the go-to point of contact for technician questions, updates, and support
- Ensure accurate information flows between the field and the call center
- Track and resolve delays or escalations proactively
- Support quality control and help streamline operations
- Document job status updates and service outcomes
