What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Customer Service position at Academy Lock & Key?
Dispatcher/Customer Service. Knowledge of the Atlanta area highly preferred. Industry Experience preferred.
General knowledge of the commercial locksmith and/or security business.
Must have a sense of direction and understanding about scheduling jobs.
Answers phones.
Dispatches and schedules all technicians.
Enters all service tickets and/or invoices for completed jobs.
Be available to all technicians, project managers, sales, and supervisors by phone or email.
Assist with quote requests as needed.
Be available to customers by phone or email.
Maintains and organizes technician on-call schedule.
Reports weekly on-call schedule to the answering service.
Maintain, log, and organize all fleet maintenance.
Maintain, log, and organize all company issued devices, equipment, and tools to technicians/fleet.
Recognizes that you could at times be asked to work overtime.
Communicates with the customer to satisfy all security needs, both present and future.
Possesses computer skills and knowledge.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of the Atlanta area highly preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
· Valid driver's license
· Drug free
· Clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
