Responsibilities
The Personal Banker position pay rate is $20.00 to $24.50 per hour depending on experience. This position is eligible for additional incentive compensation monthly, based on achievement of established incentive goals.

Responsibilities
- Open and service consumer deposit accounts while identifying opportunities to recommend appropriate banking products and services. Enthusiastic, ethical promotion of bank products happens through frequent conversations with Walmart customers, daily outbound calls, interactions with existing clients during every transaction, and group presentations.
- Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels to improve convenience and enhance the banking experience.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing fast, easy, and personalized service while building strong client relationships. Resolve client inquiries with professionalism, ownership and follow-through.
- Process a variety of banking transactions, account maintenance requests, and operational tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Protect client and bank information by following all privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, bank policies, and procedures, including BSA, OFAC, audit, and security requirements.
- Complete required training in a timely manner and maintain current knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Other specified duties as assigned.
