The BCBA will play a key role in delivering high-quality behavioral services as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. This full-time hybrid position combines the flexibility of remote work with periodic on-site responsibilities to support individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and special education challenges. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, proactive, and committed to evidence-based practices that make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with professionals across behavioral health, special education, and developmental disability sectors to enhance patient outcomes.
Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other direct care staff both virtually and in-person as needed.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
Attend scheduled on-site meetings, client visits, or training sessions when required (typically within your local service area).
Stay current with the latest practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Applicants must reside within 50 miles of the Georgia state border to allow for periodic on-site service delivery.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs preferred.
Strong grasp of ABA principles, intervention strategies, and data collection methods.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting in-person obligations as needed.
Background in special education or a related field is a plus.
