Duties
- Safely load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks or flatbeds following cargo securement protocols
- Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs to facilitate recovery operations
- Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and vehicle recovery towing equipment, ensuring safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks
- Manage conflict effectively with customers or other stakeholders during recovery situations
- Follow all safety procedures related to cargo securement, vehicle mechanics, and driving protocols for commercial trucks and cars
Experience
- Valid commercial driver’s license with experience in commercial truck driving and flatbed operations
- Hands-on experience with car towing, vehicle mechanics for truck drivers, and safe vehicle loading techniques
- Knowledge of cargo securement protocols and vehicle mechanics for trucks and cars
- Skilled in conflict management, customer service, and safe driving practices on manual transmission vehicles
- Clean driving record
