Job Description Summary

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Conducts Explanation of Benefits
- Directs all daily patient social service operations including providing direct oversight of the establishment and implementation of social service policies.
- Assures proper documentation of social services in clinical records
- Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of the field of social work
- Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists referral sources in accessing community resources
Position Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work
- At least three (3) years experience preferably in hospice.
- Ability to deal compassionately and kindly with patients and the community.
- Bilingual highly desired!
Salary : $50 - $88
