What are the responsibilities and job description for the Morning Banquet Server -FT or PT position at AC Hotels?

The purpose of a Banquet Server is to assure the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding the guest expectation for food and beverage service. - Ensure guest satisfaction through meeting room cleanliness and attention to guests’ needs.
- Ensure that a high level of sanitation and cleanliness is maintained before, during and after each shift.
- Be able to read a Banquet Event Order, answer guest questions, and be willing to go above and beyond to please our guests.
- Know the menu for each function and be able to explain the major ingredients and preparation methods for each item served.
- Assist managers and captains in setting up and breaking down functions while enforcing all policies and procedures.
- Extend courtesy and goodwill to everyone at all times, making the guest event memorable.
Experience/Education
High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English.
