You’ll be reading schematics and blueprints, installing electrical systems, and making sure everything meets NEC standards and safety regulations.We're looking for someone who is responsible, organized, and has great attention to detail—someone who’s confident working with both low- and high-voltage systems, familiar with PLCs, and comfortable using a wide range of tools, from hand tools to power tools and testing equipment like ohmmeters.If you're detail-oriented, take pride in doing quality work, and enjoy tackling electrical challenges with precision, we’d love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesInstall, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and installation tasks.Work with low voltage and high voltage systems while adhering to NEC standards and safety protocols.Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues effectively.Install control panels, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other automation components for industrial applications.Perform renovations by updating or replacing existing electrical infrastructure on construction sites or facilities.Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, including NEC guidelines for electrical installations.Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.Maintain detailed documentation of work performed for compliance and future reference.QualificationsValid Journeyman Electrician license or certification.Proven experience at least 5 years. Construction site experience preferred.Strong knowledge of electrical systems including low voltage, high voltage, schematics, blueprints, and NEC standards.Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems.Experience with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing devices essential for diagnostics.Ability to interpret technical drawings such as schematics and blueprints accurately.Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-pressure environments.Strong commitment to safety standards and procedures on all job sites.
