Hotel Cook- PM/ Flexible 34-40 Hours

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.

Duties:

- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant's expectations
- Monitor food stock and place orders when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or catering environment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus
