Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Lead and manage a commercial asphalt paving crew (7–10 team members)
- Oversee all phases of work including grading, paving and milling operations
- Coordinate trucking, materials, and equipment to maintain production flow
- Ensure proper mat thickness, compaction, and drainage
- Read and interpret plans, specs, and job requirements
- Monitor job progress and adjust as needed for weather, site conditions, and scheduling
- Communicate effectively with operations manager, superintendent and project managers
- Track daily production, tonnage, material yields, and job performance
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet quality expectations

- All work local to Metro Atlanta. No out of town work or overnight stays.

Requirements
- 5 years of asphalt paving experience
- 2 years in a foreman or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of commercial paving operations
- Experience with commercial asphalt paving projects
- Ability to manage crews, equipment, and jobsite logistics
- Understanding of grading, drainage, and compaction techniques
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends
