Factory Authorized Service, Inc. is a rapidly growing commercial HVAC specialty service company based in Santa Fe Springs, California. We specialize in cooling tower repair, refurbishment, replacement, and preventative maintenance for commercial and industrial facilities.

Our experienced team services all major manufacturers of cooling towers and fluid coolers, helping building owners, facility managers, engineers, and contractors maximize equipment performance and extend the life of their HVAC systems.

We're looking for a driven Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative to help grow our aftermarket service business throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.

As a Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business and developing long-term relationships with commercial customers. You'll sell cooling tower repairs, preventative maintenance agreements, refurbishments, and replacement projects while working closely with our estimating and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical or HVAC sales experience who enjoys building relationships, prospecting for new business, and managing projects from initial contact through close.

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and customer follow-up
• Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, property managers, facility engineers, mechanical contractors, and consulting engineers
• Identify opportunities for cooling tower repairs, refurbishments, preventative maintenance agreements, and replacement projects
• Prepare estimates and proposals in collaboration with internal estimating and operations teams
• Manage multiple sales opportunities while maintaining excellent organization and follow-through
• Learn and understand cooling tower systems and related commercial HVAC equipment
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately document customer activity
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Perform additional duties as needed to support company growth

• 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
• Experience selling commercial HVAC, mechanical services, industrial equipment, construction services, or related solutions is preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to develop new business
• Comfortable making cold calls and prospecting for new accounts
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-up
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
• HVAC industry knowledge is preferred but not required-we provide comprehensive training
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Base Salary: $45,000-$55,000 per year (DOE)

Commission: Uncapped commission plan with six-figure earning potential

• Approximately 60% field / 40% office
• Territory includes Los Angeles County and Orange County

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
