Job Summary: The Roofing Shingler Foreman leads a crew of roofers on residential and commercial projects. This role is responsible for overseeing job site operations, ensuring quality control, managing timelines, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate roofing crews on job sites
• Install and oversee installation of asphalt shingle roofing systems
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Train and mentor crew members
• Enforce safety standards and company procedures
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients as needed
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve issues on-site
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of roofing experience, including leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation practices
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
  
  

Preferred

• OSHA certification
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
  

Salary Description $35 per hour
