What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitality Lead (Creative Studio Experience) position at Abstract Orlando?

This is not a sit-down job.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy, on-your-feet experience role.
What You'll Actually Do
- Lead and guide guests through our fluid art experience
- Create a welcoming, high-end atmosphere from the moment guests walk in
- Multitask between hosting, assisting, cleaning, and managing flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing studio
- Handle guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
- Support team operations during busy weekend shifts
This role is not for you if:
- You get overwhelmed easily in fast-paced environments
- You’re not comfortable talking to people all day
- You prefer slow, quiet, or repetitive work
- You’re not detail-oriented or don’t take pride in presentation

- Strong work ethic (you don’t need to be told what to do)
- Clean, organized, and detail-obsessed
- Able to multitask without losing energy or attitude
- Loves working with people and creating memorable experiences
- Weekend availability is REQUIRED (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
Compensation
- Hourly: Starting at $18/hr
- Tips (adds up well with the right energy) Average: $250/week
Schedule
- Primarily Thursday–Sunday
- Shifts typically between 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Additional hours available for private events
