We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PPC Manager, Paid Search & Social Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, passionate about driving client revenue, and capable of growing into a leadership position within our marketing team.
- Own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns focused on revenue growth, efficiency, and long-term performance
- Build and manage full-funnel paid strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention) aligned to client goals
- Conduct keyword research, audience development, creative testing, and budget pacing
- Continuously analyze performance data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate closely with creative, CRO, email/SMS, and analytics teams to improve conversion and LTV
- Manage client communication around performance, insights, and next steps with confidence and clarity
- Develop testing roadmaps for ad creative, landing pages, and messaging
- Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and emerging paid media trends
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social for ecommerce brands
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Proficient in GA4, GTM, and implementation of pixels
- Proven track record of driving ROAS, CAC efficiency, and revenue growth
- Deep understanding of attribution, tracking, and measurement (GA4, pixels, conversion APIs, etc.)
- Comfort in managing multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Experience working within an agency environment is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes

- Experience with Looker Studio or Funnel
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads
- Experience planning, launching, or optimizing CTV campaigns
- Familiarity with CRO, landing page optimization, or lifecycle marketing
- Experience with Email Marketing
