Job description Founded in 2016, Absolute Title Agency (ATA) is a leader in the real estate title industry, known for delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to drive new partnerships and play a pivotal role in continuing to grow our business.

The person in this role is responsible for identifying, establishing, and maintaining new business partnerships and opportunities with industry leaders in lending institutions, residential and commercial real estate, developers and home builders, real estate investors, and other industry professionals in the regions of Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky. This role is responsible for new business that drive sales and represents Absolute Title with professionalism and integrity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: 75%

✓ Generate Leads and Partnerships: Identify and establish meetings with appropriate new prospects through cold calls, networking, referrals, regional market analysis, and industry events (trade shows, conferences, Continuing Education, and community events).

✓ Market Analysis: Maintain knowledge of regional real estate market trends and competitors to enhance ATA Marketing strategy, market share, and sales performance. Relay client insights and feedback to sustain continuous improvement.

✓ Close Deals: Convert new prospects into long-term clients to meet annual sales objectives.

2. Sales & Client Relationship Management: 15%

✓ New & Existing Client Relationships: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with residential and commercial real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals.

✓ Track Progress: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

✓ Closing Support: Work closely with the title processors, escrow officers, and other internal staff to ensure that all transactions are properly supported.

3. Build & Maintain Collaboration: On-going

✓ Act as a Liaison: Ensure clear communication between clients, Operations, and ATA Management.

✓ Process Improvement: Actively contribute ideas and suggestions to optimize internal workflows and processes (SOP’s) to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

✓ Customer Satisfaction: Embody the company’s commitment to quality, trust, and exceptional service.

4. Reporting & Documentation: 10%

✓ Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to share progress and insights with management.

5. Perform other duties as appropriate as assigned by Management March 4, 2026

Requirements:

1. (3) years Business Development in real estate, financial lending, or related industry. Preferred: (2) years of land title insurance

2. Schedule and maintain regular in-person meetings with prospects, clients, and attend industry events and closings within our region. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

3. Ohio Notary Commission Preferred: Kentucky Notary Commission

4. U.S. Citizenship Education:

Required: H.S. Diploma or GED Preferred: Bachelor’s degree

Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and establish trust.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to meet or exceed targeted business goals.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in CRM, Title insurance software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem Solving: Address client concerns and questions, promptly offering solutions aligned with business objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Salary, Performance Bonus, and 1099 compensation (if applicable): Based on experience
