What You’ll Do:

· Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with precision and pride.

· Deliver top-tier service and provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable – and calling you back!

· Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.

· Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.

· Work independently, own your route, and represent Absolute Services with professionalism.

What You’ll Bring:

*Must have a valid KY Journeyman HVAC license*

· 4 years of residential HVAC service experience.

· EPA 608 Universal Certification.

· Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.

· Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
