Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technicians to meet and exceed sales revenue goals.
- Forecast sales and ensure achievement of targeted quotas.
- Oversee daily scheduling and operational planning.
- Assess team competency and provide coaching, training, and development.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service metrics.
- Promote a positive team culture and ensure high employee morale and productivity.
- Recommend personnel actions including transfers, promotions, and performance improvements.
- Act as a client interface and problem solver, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Preferred 4 years of residential experience in the electrical trade.
- Hands-on experience as a qualified electrician (Master license preferred, we will provide additional compensation for this!)
- Proven ability to manage large teams and drive business results.
- Demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets and quota objectives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
