Our client is a rapidly growing global dental implant manufacturer investing significantly across the Northeast. As part of that expansion they are looking to appoint an experienced Regional Sales Executive to establish and own a territory covering Worcester, Central Massachusetts and the Hartford, Connecticut area, a key growth region in their Northeast expansion.

You will represent a portfolio of leading edge implant solutions with genuine clinical differentiators, allowing you to win business through the strength of the products rather than competing purely on price.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of a territory spanning Worcester, Central Massachusetts and Hartford, Connecticut, developing new business across private dental practices, specialist clinicians, surgical centers and group networks, then growing those accounts into a loyal, long term base. This is a highly autonomous role where you will be trusted to plan and run your territory strategically, supported by an experienced leadership team committed to your long term success.
What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 7 plus years of successful field sales experience within dental implants, strongly preferred, or premium dental or medical devices
- A proven record of developing new business and growing existing accounts
- Experience selling premium clinical solutions and building trusted relationships with clinicians and practice owners
- Strong territory planning and account management skills
- A commercially driven, self motivated and resilient approach
- Based within the territory, ideally between Worcester and Hartford, with the flexibility to travel throughout Central Massachusetts and Connecticut
