As part of continued investment in the region, we are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive market growth across Massachusetts. This field-based role offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clinicians, expand market share and play a key part in the continued growth of a highly respected implant organization.

The Opportunity

Working within an established and growing territory, you will:

• Develop and grow sales across your assigned Massachusetts territory
• Build relationships with implant dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists and specialists
• Expand existing accounts while generating new business
• Deliver product education and clinical support alongside internal teams
• Execute territory growth plans to maximize market penetration
• Represent a premium implant portfolio backed by strong clinical evidence

What We're Looking For

Dental implant sales experience is strongly preferred. We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

• A proven track record of territory growth
• Established relationships within the dental industry
• Experience working with implant dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists or specialists
• New business development capability and a hunter mentality
• Commercial drive and ambition
• The ability to work autonomously and manage a territory effectively
