If you’re equal parts strategist executor, obsessed with data, and know how to turn content into conversion, this is your lane.

What You’ll Own

• Build and execute marketing strategies that drive real revenue (not just impressions)
• Own and optimize our HubSpot CRM—automations, segmentation, and customer journeys
• Create and lead high-performing campaigns across email, social, and digital
• Write and oversee content that actually converts
• Track performance, analyze data, and continuously improve results
• Partner with leadership and operations to support growth across locations
  
  
  

What You Bring

• HubSpot Certification (required)
• Experience managing a CRM and building automated marketing workflows
• Strong content writing skills (email, campaigns, messaging)
• Data-driven mindset, you care about results, not just ideas
• Ability to move fast, adapt, and execute

• Have built or scaled marketing systems from the ground up
