Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Oversee operations such as inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to maximize efficiency and sales.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Monitor sales metrics, storage accounts, and manage office staff.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, employee orientation programs, training & development initiatives, and leadership by example.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within moving industry with a focus on sales team supervision and daily operations and MUST HAVE WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF NCUC TARIFF.
- Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, bookkeeping, inventory management, and operational management.
- Demonstrated ability in retail math including pricing strategies, budgeting, cash handling, and sales management.
- Excellent communication skills in both managerial communication and customer service; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with POS systems, merchandising software, inventory control tools, and store management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently with strong organizational skills and time management capabilities.
- Basic math proficiency necessary for daily operations; familiarity with cashiering procedures preferred.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork; experience in training & development essential for fostering growth within the team.
