We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney with experience in Estate Planning to join our growing law firm in Florida. This is a role ideal for a candidate who thrives in a collaborative office environment and is committed to providing exceptional legal services to individuals, families, and business clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
- Advise clients on estate, gift, and income tax planning strategies
- Assist clients with asset protection and wealth transfer planning
- Provide legal guidance on business tax matters, including entity structuring and tax implications
- Handle probate and trust administration matters as needed
- Stay up to date on federal and Florida state tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive legal strategies
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and high-quality service
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the State of Florida
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and tax law (preferred; can adjust based on your Experience)
- Strong understanding of federal and Florida estate and tax regulations
- Experience with probate and trust administration is a plus
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client service
