About Us
Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator (State Lic. PPO We provide professional security services across San Diego and are rapidly expanding due to new client accounts. We are seeking BSIS-certified Unarmed Security Guards to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned buildings and perimeters (interior and exterior) to ensure safety
- Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity
- Enforce site-specific safety protocols and access control procedures
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations
- Document incidents and complete accurate daily activity reports
- Assist visitors and staff with directions and general inquiries
- Coordinate with dispatch, law enforcement, or emergency services when needed
Requirements
- Must be 26 years of age or older
- Valid California Guard Card (BSIS certification required)
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
