We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter with proven experience in high-volume hiring to join our team in Irwindale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and consistently delivers high-quality hires under tight timelines.

What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles (hourly and/or operational positions)
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach
Screen high volumes of candidates and conduct initial interviews efficiently
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely candidate communication
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, candidate flow, etc.)
Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices
Required Qualifications
5 years of recruiting experience (including high-volume hiring)
Experience working in a staffing or recruiting agency environment
Proven track record of filling roles quickly without sacrificing quality
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Bachelor’s degree (any field)
At least one of the following certifications is required:
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
PHR or SPHR
Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or PRC
Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC)
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Greenhouse ATS
LinkedIn Recruiter certification (or similar)
Experience recruiting for high-turnover environments (warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, etc.)
Strong Boolean search and pipeline-building skills
